Non-Custodial Platform The Platform operates as a non-custodial interface. We do not: • create or manage user wallets\ • store private keys\ • hold custody of user funds\ • manage user digital assets\ • execute blockchain transactions on behalf of users Wallet infrastructure is provided by third-party service providers, including but not limited to: • Alchemy (alchemy.com)\ • Privy (privy.io) Users interact directly with blockchain networks through their wallets. Because the Platform is non-custodial: • we cannot access your funds\ • we cannot recover lost funds\ • we cannot reverse transactions\ • we cannot freeze accounts or assets All asset management remains under the sole control of the user. *** ### 3.
