Welcome to UniMarkets (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
UniMarkets operates solely as a prediction market aggregator interface that allows users to discover and interact with prediction markets operated by third-party platforms.
The Platform:
• Aggregates and displays prediction markets created by third-party platforms • Provides an interface through which users may interact with such markets • Does not create, manage, operate, or resolve prediction markets
Currently integrated prediction market providers include but are not limited to:
• Polymarket • Limitless • Opinion Labs
We may add or remove integrations at any time.
All prediction markets are independently operated and resolved by their respective platforms.
We do not control:
• Market creation • Market outcomes or resolution • Liquidity pools • Smart contract behavior • Oracle systems • Trading rules of third-party markets
All such matters are governed exclusively by the terms of the respective platforms.
2. Non-Custodial Platform
The Platform operates as a non-custodial interface.
We do not:
• create or manage user wallets • store private keys • hold custody of user funds • manage user digital assets • execute blockchain transactions on behalf of users
Wallet infrastructure is provided by third-party service providers, including but not limited to:
• Alchemy (alchemy.com) • Privy (privy.io)
Users interact directly with blockchain networks through their wallets.
Because the Platform is non-custodial:
• we cannot access your funds • we cannot recover lost funds • we cannot reverse transactions • we cannot freeze accounts or assets
All asset management remains under the sole control of the user.
3. Third-Party Services
The Platform depends on multiple third-party services including but not limited to:
• prediction market platforms • blockchain networks • wallet infrastructure providers • analytics providers • data providers
These services operate independently of the Platform.
Your use of such services may be subject to their respective:
• Terms of Service • Privacy Policies • Risk disclosures
UniMarkets assumes no responsibility or liability for:
• outages of third-party platforms • changes to APIs or integrations • smart contract failures • oracle errors • security incidents or hacks affecting third parties
4. Operational Fees
The Platform charges an operational interface fee when users place trades through the Platform.
Current fee structure:
Operational Fee: 5% per transaction
Important notes:
• This fee is charged for the use of the Platform interface. • This fee is separate from fees charged by underlying prediction market providers. • The fee percentage may change at any time.
Users may also incur:
• blockchain gas fees • market trading fees • oracle settlement fees
All fees are non-refundable.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
The Platform does not provide:
• financial advice • investment advice • trading advice • gambling advice
All information displayed on the Platform, including:
• price indicators • probability metrics • charts • analytics • market data
is provided solely for informational purposes.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation or endorsement of any market.
Users must perform their own independent research and risk assessment.
6. Risk Disclosure
Participation in prediction markets and blockchain-based financial systems carries substantial risks.
These risks include but are not limited to:
• loss of funds • market volatility • smart contract vulnerabilities • oracle failures • data inaccuracies • blockchain congestion or failure • third-party service outages • regulatory changes • cyberattacks
Users acknowledge that they may lose all funds used in trading activities.
All trading activity occurs entirely at the user's own risk.
7. No Endorsement of Gambling or Prediction Markets
The Platform does not promote or encourage gambling or speculative trading.
The Platform merely provides technological infrastructure that aggregates publicly available prediction markets.
Users are responsible for determining whether participation in such markets is lawful within their jurisdiction.
8. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
• managing their wallets and private keys • verifying the accuracy of markets before trading • complying with applicable laws and regulations • protecting their devices and credentials • understanding the risks associated with prediction markets
Users should only trade funds they can afford to lose.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting user data and maintaining transparency regarding how information is handled.
9.1 Data Collected
Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we may collect limited information including:
• wallet addresses • transaction data available on public blockchains • device and browser information • IP addresses • usage analytics • cookies and similar technologies
We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
9.2 Use of Data
We may use collected data for purposes including:
• operating and improving the Platform • maintaining system security • monitoring platform usage • preventing fraud and abuse • complying with legal obligations
9.3 Blockchain Data
Transactions conducted through blockchain networks are public and immutable.
We cannot alter, delete, or control data recorded on public blockchains.
Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be publicly visible.
9.4 Third-Party Data Processing
Certain services used by the Platform may process data independently, including:
• Alchemy (wallet infrastructure) • Privy (wallet infrastructure) • analytics services • prediction market platforms
These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party services.
9.5 Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect the Platform.
However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users acknowledge the risks of:
• unauthorized access • data breaches • system vulnerabilities
We shall not be liable for damages resulting from security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
9.6 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies for:
• session management • analytics • performance monitoring
Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, though some platform features may not function properly.
9.7 Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for:

Because blockchain transactions are permanent, some information may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.
10. No Liability for Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniMarkets shall not be liable for any losses or damages including but not limited to:
• financial losses • loss of digital assets • market trading losses • smart contract failures • hacking incidents • wallet compromise • third-party platform failures • blockchain network disruptions
All use of the Platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UniMarkets and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
• indirect damages • incidental damages • consequential damages • loss of profits • loss of data • loss of digital assets
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to the Platform in the preceding 12 months.
12. Security Disclaimer
The Platform does not guarantee protection from:
• cyberattacks • exploits • software vulnerabilities • unauthorized access
Users accept the inherent risks of using blockchain-based technologies.
13. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
The Platform may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
14. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
• exploit platform vulnerabilities • manipulate markets • engage in fraudulent activities • attempt unauthorized access to systems • disrupt platform infrastructure
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
15. Regulatory Compliance
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction including laws relating to:
• digital assets • financial trading • gambling or betting • online platforms
The Platform does not guarantee legality in all jurisdictions.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniMarkets, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:
• their use of the Platform • their participation in prediction markets • violation of these Terms • violation of applicable laws
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Panama.
